Savers Appliances Opens at Metro Central Mall in Sitio Antipolo, Labuin, Sta. Cruz Laguna

Savers Appliances opens in Sta. Cruz Laguna

If you’re like most people I know who loves to shop online for almost all the things they need ranging from household items to technology-gadget related to healthcare, home appliances and even food—you must’ve had at least one “budol” online shopping experience. Budol with online shopping means being able to buy something on impulse even when you don’t need them. And if you ask me, I have nothing against those who prefer buying online for stuff that they need but if I had my choice, I’d still prefer going to a specific store personally. Nothing beats being able to see for yourself and test and experience an item being sold first-hand rather than when you receive an item online. I’ve had not so much good experience in the past in purchasing items from online stores and asking for a refund or replacement is such a hassle. For my home appliance needs, I always run to the nearest Savers Appliances branch.

When it comes to domestic appliance, my go-to place is Savers Appliances

Savers Appliances stays true to their name—they sell home appliances and products that won’t break the bank. You can easily upgrade your kitchen with the very best in kitchen appliances at an affordable price but still getting the same high and reliable quality. I stumbled upon Savers Appliances a few months after my ex-boyfriend (now husband) and I had gotten married. We were looking for new appliances to fill our new home and we were lucky because they have a branch in Las Pinas City. And we became "suki" or a regular customer of the store ever since.

Sharp helps in saving your money and the environment with energy-saving products

Press release: The rising cost of living these days demands that we look for ways to consume less energy to save up on electric bills. Global warming, a concern on a much bigger scale, implores us to use energy-efficient technology to lessen our carbon footprint. There are several things in our lifestyles that we can change to save energy – and all of them are quite simple and easy to implement. One tried and tested way to save energy is to unplug all electronic device when not in use. Turning them off but keeping them plugged consumes “phantom load” which means these devices still consume energy even when you’re not using them. Another energy-saving tactic is to change your light bulbs with more energy-efficient kinds like LED. They may cost more to buy, but they last at least ten times longer and consume about 75% less energy compared to usual light bulbs. Simple habits like making sure your refrigerator door can save you loads of energy. Placing your refrigerator and air conditioner in strategic areas in the room – away from heat-generating devices at all costs – can also save your appliances from working too hard and therefore consuming more electricity than normal.

Upgrading your old appliances to energy-efficient ones is also a fantastic way to save energy. Old appliances always consume a lot of energy compared to their newer counterparts. UK's Dyson Opens Shop in the Philippines

Popular British home appliance brand Dyson has set up shop in the Philippines as it understands the need of Filipino consumer's desire for durable products. The Dyson brand  was originally conceptualized by an engineer who was disappointed upon buying a vacuum cleaner which prodded him to create and invent a prototype of the kind of vacuum cleaner he wanted that uses engineering technology and eventually make cleaning a lot easier.

Dyson brand may not ring a bell yet to Filipinos but it will surely become a household word in the next couple of years as it establishes its name in the Philippine market. Dyson senior communications manager Roanna Mottershead said the company plans to put up eight more Dyson stores of both pop up and concept stores.

Dyson manufacturers high performance vacuum cleaners and bladeless fans, heaters and hand dryers are made in its manufacturing facilities in Singapore and Malaysia. Dyson brand is also present in 67 other countries including Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Russia, and Taiwan. "Filipinos are now open to invest in things that can last a long time and Dyson appliances are a pretty good investment as it could last for more than 10 years depending on proper usage," said Motterhead.

"The Dyson brand expands its reach in Asia and its also looking for a possibility of putting up a manufacturing facility in the Philippines. We are growing so we have to increase out manufacturing plants so it will be something that we need to evaluate," explains Mottershead. "You'll never look at home appliances the same way again after you've tried Dyson products. We have waterless washing machines, no bag/suctions vacuum cleaners and kid-safe bladeless fans to name a few of our innovative Dyson products."

Dyson home appliances have been sold in Rustan's Makati since last year. Dyson will soon open shops in Century City Mall, Robinsons Magnolia and Robinsons Place Manila. "We are getting good reviews and reception from the market. For a new brand Dyson is doing very well," says Jasper Golangco, marketing director of Dyson's exclusive distributor White Planet Inc.
