Right in the heart of the bustling commercial district of Araneta Center in Cubao, this newly opened Sabor Bar de Vinos at the ground floor of Novotel Manila boasts of endless things to see, do, eat and drink. Purple Plum Fairy recently had the opportunity to visit this new spot where wine-loving locals will surely enjoy visiting. 

With an epic wine list paired with Spanish bistro-inspired foods, you can drink and eat to your heart's content. Get in early to snag a table or if you're more of a night owl, come in for a midnight feast as they're open until 2AM. 

With the impressive wines on the list, some of them by the glass, Sabor Bar de Vinos wine list is the must-go place to find out what’s at the forefront of winemaking industry. As their name implies, Sabor de Vinos means Taste the wine. So go ahead, gulp up, taste their wine at its finest. Salud!

Ask the servers for their recommendation, or choose from the bar’s original sangria creations. The Sangria Blanco and Sangria de Rosa are suggested for those who like it light, but I personally would point you to the Fortress Sangria—the classic combo of red wine, brandy, fruits, and spices. 

Sabor Bar de Vinos is geared more towards fine dining as the next door happens to be Food Exchange Manila, Novotel's buffet restaurant. But Sabor Bar de Vinos is a great place to a grab a snack and wash it down with an incredible list of wines. Take advantage of their unlimited wine or sangria offering for only PhP700. This promo is available from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. You can also order two sangrias for the price of one (PhP360 nett), or get wines by the bottle—each bottle comes with one complimentary item from the tapas menu. 
Relaxed, sophisticated and classy, Sabor Bar de Vinos will be setting a new trend in this side of Cubao. I won't be surprised if pretty soon, this will be a favorite haunt among tycoons and celebrities.
