Selected bloggers were invited to try out the MediCard-Metafit Fitness Boot Camp program and see for themselves how it works. “It wasn’t that easy especially for someone who isn’t really into religiously exercising,” says my contributor writer, Rica who came on my behalf because I had other commitments to do. “I got a little dizzy doing the routine exercises, but it’s okay. I’m not just as active as I should have been these past few months. And it actually felt good to pump up my adrenaline rush again,” she adds.

The MediCard-Metafit Fitness Boot Camp sets itself apart from other fitness programs nowadays because it’s one of the most comprehensive and effective fitness programs in the country. Also, given the fact that it is affiliated with the leading healthcare provider makes it’s the safest. The said program also encourages participants to gain camaraderie from fellow participants and fitness enthusiasts who share the same goals and sense of achievement.

We believe that through this program we help promote a healthier and more active lifestyle,” says Kate Joaquin, MediCard Philippines marketing manager, “One that is very engaging and is never boring because it involves a lot of participation and commitment.”
