The Voice Kids alumna Gaea Salipot to hold first virtual concert

The much-awaited concert of The Voice Kids Season 4 finalist and World Championships of the Performing Arts (WCOPA) Champion Gaea Mischa Salipot will happen online this June 27. Titled “I Believe: A Virtual Concert for a Cause,” the virtual concert aims to raise funds for the benefit of St. Rita Orphanage in Parañaque, a small sanctuary for children who have been left abandoned by their parents.

“I’m thankful that God has now given me the opportunity to share my talent and be an instrument to help others,” said Gaea. “This pandemic has taught us kids to be more caring to our family and to others in our community. I believe that all of us can do something for each other in our own little ways. I want to be of help to fellow children especially those who need extra care and support. And I hope that more people can join in to help.”

Produced by Ditse Productions, Inc and Rose Sheane TV Finland in collaboration with CyberPinoy Radio Canada, “I Believe” will be held online via Gaea’s official Facebook Page and YouTube Channel on June 27 (Sunday) at 7PM PH Time.

Under the musical direction of ECHO MUSIC, Gaea’s special guests include YouTube celebrity and singer-songwriter Mikey Bustos and the OLPGV Choir. Gaea Mischa is a multi-award winning performer who is best known for being The Voice Kids Philippines Season 4 finalist from Team Sarah of Sarah Geronimo and Team Lea of Lea Salonga. Gaea has also been named the WCOPA 2018 Champion and SM Little Stars 2017 Girl Grand Winner.

Lyca Gairanod answers the questions of the press during the Q & A

She’s that frail-looking little girl with a big voice that has captured the hearts of everyone. Lyca Gairanod’s singing voice was so good that her The Voice Kids Philippines Blind Audition video alone has about 5 Million views and counting [and mind you, it’s still trending even up to this day]. So it wasn’t a surprise when she eventually emerged as The Voice Kids Philippines’ Grand Champion. Under the tutelage of Coach Sarah Geronimo, Lyca Gairanod’s not just another ‘biritera’ but her story and charm has made everyone fall in love with her more.

Jollibee Kicks Off 20th Maaga ang Pasko with The Voice Kids Philippines

Christmas is fast approaching. The country's leading fast-food chain, Jollibee, kicks off another meaningful jolly early Christmas celebration by launching of its annual Christmas traditional activity, now on its 20th year--Maaga ang Pasko--which as always aims to gather toys and books to be given away to chosen beneficiaries. This time, The Voice Kids winners  Lyca Gairanod, Darlene Vibares and Juan Karlos Labajo had not only graced the said special occasion but they were also introduced as the newest endorsers of the Jollibee Kids Club

The Maaga ang Pasko launch was held recently at Jollibee Greenmeadows where the Single for Christ Choral rendered a few Christmas songs to start off the short program. Joining The Voice Kids winners were active members of the Jollibee Toy Scouts who brought with them toys and books to donate. Amidst the joyous caroling that delighted the crowd, The Voice Kids Grand Winner, Lyca Gairanod showed her singing prowess that made her clinched the title by serenading the audience. Darlene Vibares also wowed the audience with her wit, candidness as she brought the house down with her version of "Girl on Fire". Of course, the good looking mestizo and the only lad, Juan Karlos Labajo also performed an upbeat song that simply energized the crowd. With their undeniable talents, it's easy to forget that about their age. I could not believe that at such tender age, they could belt out those kind of songs but they just did and I saw it with my own eyes and heard them all live! Those kids were truly awesome!
