curated dining experiences at Cyan Modern Kitchen that transforms weekends into
memorable culinary occasions. From premium carving selections and seafood

Beginning 24–26 July 2026 and available on alternating weekends until 13 December 2026, The Weekend Buffet Collection takes place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, inviting diners to return for a different experience each weekend. Every offering is thoughtfully crafted around premium ingredients, seasonal flavours, and immersive dining concepts.

off the weekend with a dinner celebration of expertly prepared premium cuts and
signature roasts. The menu features highlights such as Slow-cooked Pepper Beef
Sirloin, Smoked Beef Short Plate, Pork Rack, Marinated Lamb, and an array of
chef-crafted accompaniments served alongside a dedicated carving station. Slow
roasting and traditional grilling techniques bring out the rich flavours of
every selection.

showcase Cyan Modern Kitchen's most indulgent buffet experience. Guests can

freshness, craftsmanship, and culinary variety.
