Korean Bibimbap

I love eating Korean food because they have been using vegetables that are high in fiber and improves digestion and it promote overall digestive health. They use fermented foods like Kimchi which consists of healthy bacteria called probiotics that aids in digestion, improves overall gut health, and break down lactose. One of my favorite Korean dishes, bibimbap is definitely a healthy meal on its own packed with micronutrients, fiber, and vitamins. If you're like me and you also love bibimbap, I've got good news for you.
