The Manila Hotel is delighted to present theAlimango Festival, a celebration of the rich and flavorful goodness of mud crab. Available starting March onwards, visitors can indulge in a luxurious array of alimango dishes, served only during dinnerfrom Thursday to Saturday at Café Ilang-Ilang. "We are thrilled to introduce the Alimango Festival. Our culinary team has prepared a line of dishes that showcases the taste of this favorite seafood, promising an unforgettable dining experience for our visitors," said EJ Yap, assistant director for food and beverage.

Patrons can relish both traditional and new dishes of alimango as part of Café Ilang-Ilang grand dinner buffet, which offers a wide range of international and local cuisine.

With warm weather signaling its return, Lobby Lounge and Pool Bar offers a dessert buffet and cool desserts, ideal for cooling off in the sun and satisfying your sweet, tropical taste buds. Guests can indulge in old time favorites like Buko Halo-Halo, Tropical Banana Split, Thai-style Mango Delight paired with sticky rice pudding, MinatamisnaSaging at MantecadoSorbetes, Kit Kat Crepes, and Dreamy Dizzle—topped with barquillos, chocolate candies, and the rest. These warm weather treats can be had through March at the Lobby Lounge and Pool Bar.

Indulge in the comforting and warm flavor of Raclette at the Lobby Lounge. Customers are invited to dine with friends and family to relish in a rich cheese delight as they are served with a variety of Raclette types: Traditional Swiss Raclette, Prawn Raclette, Italian Raclette, Sausage Raclette, and Vegetable Raclette. This is available at Php 1,380 per serving.

Café Ilang-Ilang’s Festive Buffet 

Celebrate the season with an indulgent international buffet at Café Ilang-Ilang. Whether it’s Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or New Year’s Day, diners can enjoy a culinary experience befitting the festive spirit. Prices start at Php 5,000 nett per person for lunch or dinner buffet. 

Chic Celebration at the Champagne Room 

Savor the holidays with an exquisite culinary experience. Indulge in a special lunch and dinner set menu on December 24 and 25, 2025, priced at Php 5,500 nett per person, featuring a choice of Oven Roasted Gindara Fillet, Grilled U.S. Beef Tenderloin, or Sous Vide Turkey Breast in Truffle Cream as the main course. On New Year’s Eve, delight in a lavish dinner buffet for Php 7,850 nett per person. On January 1, 2025, celebrate the New Year with a luxurious set menu priced at Php 6,000 nett per person, offering main course options like Oven Roasted Sea Bass, Roast Lamb Rack in Herb Crumble, Grilled Angus Rib Eye, or Grilled Kurobuta Pork Cutlet. 

Red Jade’s Joyful Feast 

Guests are invited to embark on a gastronomic journey through the rich flavors of traditional Chinese cuisine at Red Jade. This holiday offering features a sumptuous set menu, ideal for sharing with family and friends. Available for lunch and dinner on December 24, 25, 31, 2024, and January 1, 2025, the festive set menus, are priced at Php 3,888 nett per person, with a minimum of four diners per table. 

Festive Merrymaking at Tap Room and Lobby Lounge 

Bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new with a Tapas Buffet and Beer celebration. Guests can enjoy unlimited tapas paired with two glasses of local beers or non-alcoholic drinks for Php 3,550 nett per person.Tapas selection includes a spread of assorted cold cuts, cocktail sausages, cheese board, ceviche shooters, Italian mortadella sliders, Spanish croquetas with jamon, Swedish meatballs in mushroom sauce, and crema catalana, among others. Available at Tap Room on December 31, 2024, from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. 

Special Festive Menu at Lobby Lounge 

From December 1, 2024 to January 6, 2025, excluding New Year’s Eve, the Lobby Lounge unveils its special festive menu featuring a selection of holiday-inspired a la carte dishes such as Turkey Fricassee in Mushroom Cream Sauce, Smoked Ham-Turkey Breast-Edam Cheese, Filipino-Style Christmas Ham, and Gingerbread Blondie Cookies. Available from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, the menu offers something for everyone, making it an ideal venue for gatherings with family, friends, or colleagues. 

 

Delicatessen Holiday Treats 

The Delicatessen offers a tempting assortment of festive goodies, including wreath-shaped macarons, fruitcakes, stolen bread, pralines, and Santa Claus-themed chocolates. Perfect as gifts or personal indulgences, these treats add a touch of sweetness to the season. Available until January 5, 2025. 

 

Sip into the Season 

Raise a toast to the holidays with specialty drinks crafted to evoke the spirit of the season: Lotus Biscoff Frappe, a creamy blend of spiced Lotus Biscoff and smooth frappe; White Chocolate with Mocha, perfect for those seeking something sweet and luxurious; Frozen Spiced Chai, a creamy, spiced brew with gentle vanilla notes; and Christmas S’mores Cocktail, a mix of chocolatey marshmallow flavors of s’mores reminiscent of campfire memories. Available at Tap Room, Lobby Lounge, and Pool Bar until January 31, 2025, holiday beverages are priced at Php 320 each. 

In-Room Dining Menu 

For a more intimate celebration, The Manila Hotel’s In-Room Dining service offers specially curated holiday menus available from December 20, 2024 to January 2, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. For Php 2,650 nett, guests can choose between two delectable options—a menu that includes all-time favorite Roast Turkey and Pork Barbecue Ribs, or a menu including Filipino staples Chicken Inasal and Lechon Baboy. Each order is good for 2 persons.
